Alot of people have asked me if I thought ketone supplements would actually help them lose weight. I did alot of research on this when they first came out. I didnt see how after reading all the science, they would help but the jury was out until this new study was released on February 26. In a nutshell the study showed that exogenous ketones (the kind you take orally) dont help you lose weight but they do help with the detox that someone may experience when changing from a carb burner to a fat burner. Most people only feel tired and achy and its usually only one day. I would rather see someone spend their money on a good multivitamin than on something that has such short lived benefits.
